WREX- is Transforming the World of Real Estate with its AI Technology

We talked to Adrian Twibill, founder and CEO at WREX about globalization and digitalization for real estate and here is what he said about it.
First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?
Adrian Twibill: My family is managing the situation well and is taking necessary precautions to keep themselves and others safe.
Tell us about you, your career, how you founded WREX.
Adrian Twibill: For over a decade, I have founded disruptive tech models across multiple industries ranging from Traveltech, Proptech to Fintech. After obtaining my pilot license in the United States, I founded the JetXchange (Uber for Private Jet Travel) providing support across the board & was instrumental in expanding the company to over 1,600 Operators & 4,000 Aircraft worldwide.
Later I ventured into Proptech becoming Head of Fine & Country, GPEA (Guild of Professional Estate Agents) and EasyProperty Referral System, now called the eProp Services Group PLC, where I oversaw 3,000+ Agencies & helped expand the business model globally.
How does WREX innovate?
Adrian Twibill: With over 1.8m Agents & 200,000+ properties worldwide, WREX’s global B2B marketplace allows Brokers, Teams & Enterprises to manage the entire sales cycle & simplifies the selling process for Real Estate professionals worldwide. WREX offers one platform for every aspect of your business; lead generation & management, back-office automation, business intelligence & performance reporting, portal & listing integration, real estate CRM, transaction management & more.
WREX’s Enterprise SaaS increases sales up to 20%, & reduces time management by 30%, helping automate multiple back-office processes at one time, whilst our data-driven technology helps to monetize, track & generate additional revenue streams across businesses locally, nationally & internationally.
How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?
Adrian Twibill: The coronavirus has not really affected our business, due to the fact our platform is across Commercial, Residential and Developments. When Commercial is down, Residential is up and vice versa, allowing us and our customers to pivot into other sectors, helping to weather the Covid storm.
Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?
Adrian Twibill: I would be lying if I said I didn’t have to make any difficult decisions. Most of these would be marketing spend, expansion plans, unknown entities and dealing with unprecedented times that have never been seen before.
How do you deal with stress and anxiety? How do you project yourself and WREX in the future?
Adrian Twibill: Anxiety and stress is a mental challenge. Staying positive and keeping active helps prepare you mentally and physically for challenging times such as these. I project myself, as I do my company, always looking ahead and staying positive.
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
Adrian Twibill: Salesforce, Zillow Agent, Referral Exchange. Transforming a broken/fragmented industry with our innovative products and advanced technology helps us stay ahead of the competition. We are constantly innovating, building products that help digitalize and globalize businesses across the world.
Your final thoughts?
Adrian Twibill: There is always a silver lining, Covid has decimated the global economy, but has also, in turn, provided some new opportunities for SME’s around the world…
