How are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times? 

Agustin Moreno: We are all OK, thank you. Like everyone, eagerly awaiting for the world to return to some sort of normality.

About you, your career, how you founded Click Counsellor Ltd.

Agustin Moreno: I have run an online travel company since 2005. Due to Covid, that company has dropped off the edge of a cliff. After many years with various business ideas, the downturn in my other company has given me the push to finally launch another online company.

How does Click Counsellor Ltd innovate? 

Agustin Moreno: As we are a new company, it is still early days – everything we do has to involve being innovative.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your business finances?

Agustin Moreno: In theory, the business should do well in the current climate as more people are suffering from mental health issues due to Covid.

Did you have to make difficult choices regarding HR, and what are the lessons learned?

Agustin Moreno: As we are a new company we are starting small, so luckily, no HR headaches for us to date.

How did your customer relationship management evolve? Do you use any specific tools to be efficient?

Agustin Moreno: As we are still in the process of finding new customers, it is more important than ever to have a really good customer relationship.

Did you benefit from any government grants, and did that help keep your business afloat?

Agustin Moreno: We have had one very small grant. It didn’t make a huge difference, but any financial aid is welcome, especially at the moment.

Agustin Moreno: Just to remember that things will improve and get back to normal.
