Al Sefati: We are cautious but also grateful for our health and everything. 

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Sefati Consulting 

Al Sefati: I started my agency as a side hustle, which eventually turned into a full-time job. One of the best things that happened to me. 

How does Sefati Consulting innovate? 

Al Sefati: We work with our clients to innovate. As a performance marketing agency, it is imperative for us to keep innovating new content in order to help our clients grow digitally. 

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Al Sefati: We were always remote agency, so we didn’t have to make a lot of changes. Though we did lose some clients, we also found new clients due to COVID. 

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Al Sefati: Quick profits in our strategies, due to COVID, was a bit challenging. 

How do you deal with stress and anxiety? How do you project yourself and Sefati Consulting in the future?

Al Sefati: We do digital happy hours, and also asked our staff to take time off and also allowed them to work different schedules so they can travel or take care of personal matters. 

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Al Sefati: Every digital marketing agency out there, but we don’t look at them as competitors but as partners. We work with many of them as well.
