We talked to Aman Sharma, the founder at Travel Needs help about best travel experience and here is what he said about it.
First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?
Aman Sharma: Hi, as you know this pandemic had brought such a huge change into our lives but by the grace of almighty me and my family has survived yet and all of us are safe.
Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Travel Needs help.
Aman Sharma: I am a businessman since I have started my career and tried so many new business ideas and my journey has come to an amazing point that I have started My Travel Company two years back. I’m the founder of Travel Needs Help and also have a YouTube channel named Mr. Sharma Prime. I am highly ambitious for my company so I am getting a website developed and it will be in working model soon.
How does Travel Needs help innovate?
Aman Sharma: Well, doing new things and bringing new ideas into any platform takes it forward to innovation. My company innovates by experiencing the services first by us and then it goes to our guests. When we see things by ourselves, we can always satisfy our guests.
How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?
Aman Sharma: Corona Virus has vastly affected the travel industry, and my company has also suffered a lot due to this Pandemic phase as we are a DMC (Destination Management Company) in Thailand so I couldn’t travel and that had disturbed the setups in there. Now that this pandemic is about to get over, we all will get vaccinated soon, so I am trying to get my team back on work and hope to cover and complete the undone tasks and plans with new and positive energy.
Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?
Aman Sharma: Yes, definitely I had a tough time and made my choices limited as we just thought to get over this Pandemic with a healthy body. The lesson learned is that nothing is impossible, and sometimes things do not remain the same as always.
What specific tools, software and management skills are helping you navigate the crisis?
Aman Sharma: My own social media pages are helpful.
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
Aman Sharma: I believe that nobody is my competitor for all are passengers of the same train. I just want to say that all they do is either give the best of deals or take it from my company.
Your final thoughts?
Aman Sharma: I want to say that my motive is to give my guests a memorable and best travel experience. I want to prove that going aboard or to travel is not a big thing only you should have the correct information. “Travel Kar Befikar”
