Amanda Rose: We are doing well.
Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Business Women Media.
Amanda Rose: I founded this company to provide straight-talking business advice to female business owners and executives.
How does Business Women Media innovate?
Amanda Rose: We stay on top of tech advances. We constantly evaluate not only the business world but changes in politics, sociology, health, and science. Thus we predicted what would happen with the pandemic and were able to innovate accordingly.
How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your business finances?
Amanda Rose: Our business increased during the pandemic as business moved more online.
Did you have to make difficult choices regarding human resources, and what are the lessons learned?
Amanda Rose: No.
How did your customer relationship management evolve? Do you use any specific tools to be efficient?
Amanda Rose: We moved to more online connections and networking. In the words of the old saying, you should never waste a crisis.
Did you benefit from any government grants, and did that help keep your business afloat?
Amanda Rose: We did not seek any government grants.
