It Always Will Be a “Bad Time” for Many Reasons. Just Do Your Work, Says Andrew Tsopych of Intobi
First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?
Andrew Tsopych: We’re just trying to be smart and responsible, limit all the social contacts as much as we can. So we converted all the Party Hours to Working Hours.
Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Intobi.
Andrew Tsopych: I am CEO at Intobi. We are a great team of 25 engineers and a pretty young company (only 3 years). BUT we are building solid and reliable products for enterprise business and covering the full cycle of development.

How does Intobi innovate?
Andrew Tsopych: We innovate by doing the same things as many other companies but on another quality level. Apple, just a good company with a bit better design and testing.
How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?
Andrew Tsopych: Covid-19 gave us the motivation to work harder. It was a 3 month on remote work, so it gave a chance to improve our communication skills and organized us a lot, but now we are back in the office.
Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?
Andrew Tsopych: Yes. But only one choice, which was not to lose at least one developer during COVID. Instead, we bring SEVEN new developers.
How do you deal with stress and anxiety?
Andrew Tsopych: No stress, my man. Just work.
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
Andrew Tsopych: We prefer to call them a Great sample to learn but not competitors.
Your final thoughts?
Andrew Tsopych: Let’s arrange a call, and we will find the words on how to be on a TOP of the list here.
