We talked to Anvar TK of Mozilor Technologies about WordPress and WooCommerce extensions and here is what he said about it.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times? 

Anvar TK: Thankfully, we are safe and doing well. But of course, slightly distressed with the current situation we are all in and the social disconnect it has caused. Other than that, the transition to the new normal has been smoother than we expected. And we are making the most of the situation and finding new and creative ways to innovate and advance. 

Tell us about you, your career, how you found Mozilor Technologies.

Anvar TK: I am the CEO and Founder of Mozilor Technologies, a product based IT firm. I have always been fascinated by the impact technology has had on the world, and it led me to co-found an IT services company and another product company before venturing out to start Mozilor. I learned a lot through these years of building and running these companies, and a vast share of my knowledge that shaped up Mozilor came from its experience. 

How does Mozilor Technologies innovate? 

Anvar TK: We are one of the leading providers of WordPress/ WooCommerce extensions, Admin dashboard templates, and a cookie consent solution that helps websites with GDPR and other major cookie law compliance. 

We are primarily focused on creating products that help people simplify their work, thereby adding more time to explore life. We believe that a lot can be done when you have more time in your hands and shouldn’t spend hours on a problem that can be solved in a matter of minutes. And we work towards enabling our customers with just that.

We create our products, always keeping the customers in mind. We have a good feedback system with the customers that helps us understand what our customers need. And we make decisions largely based on what they tell us. Alongside, our team is dedicated to research and comes up with ideas that not only create a great product but make a great solution to the problems the customers are facing. 

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Anvar TK: Fortunately, we have been able to sail through these difficult times with our ability to plan ahead and continue with our focused and disciplined team efforts. We were definitely uncertain at the beginning about what these times will bring. But it turns out we had everything that we needed to cope with the changing times – from a great spirited team to the required infrastructure and flexibility to work from home.

This year has brought us so many unexpected things, and it was a confirmation that you need to stick to your principles and values no matter what. 

In terms of business, fortunately, since we majorly provide solutions to online businesses, we were able to do well as more and more people were going online. 

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Anvar TK: Making difficult choices are inevitable if you wish to move ahead, and I think setting your priorities straight and holding on to your principles will make it easier for you. 

How do you deal with stress and anxiety?

Anvar TK: I think an awareness of the root cause for stress and anxiety will go a long way in avoiding them from crossing your path. And just keeping a positive mindset, in general, helps a lot. And not to mention, friends and family are a great source of support and motivation. And fortunately, all this time has helped us come closer as a family.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Anvar TK: There are a lot of big players in the markets that we are in. It’s good competition, and it’s tough to outrank them. But we have marked our presence in the industries that we are in and are dedicated to growing even further. We plan to stay in the game by constantly improving our products to meet customer needs and offering unparalleled customer service. Ultimately, your customers are what’s going to fuel your growth.

As a company, we also always try to branch out to new areas and are not afraid to experiment and take risks. We are on a journey where we aim to evolve for the better and see successes and failures as part of the journey.
