Barbara Talent: Everyone is well.

Tell us about you, your Career, how you Founded or Joined Atsign

Barbara Talent: This company was a brilliant idea from a former colleague and someone he had worked with previously, they told me about it and I dropped everything to join them.

How does Atsign Innovate?

Barbara Talent: Many different ways, but our most recent was by doing an intern program with 18 interns from around the world. Their input has been nothing short of astonishing.

How the Coronavirus Pandemic affects your Business and how are you Coping?

Barbara Talent: We were a virtual company before the pandemic, so operationally, nothing changed. What did change was our access to amazing people and resources. Our developers spend much more time working on the code (because they have more time and it is a fun project) and we were able to hire people from all over the world.

Did you have to make Difficult Choices, and what are the Lessons Learned?

Barbara Talent: No, we are one of the happy stories

How do you deal with Stress and Anxiety, How do you Project yourself, and Atsign in the Future?

Barbara Talent: Project or protect? As a virtual company, there is not much to worry about.

Who are your Competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the Game?

Barbara Talent: We are doing something very different from our competitors and are very happy that we were a virtual company to start.
