We talked to Chris TDL of CH TDL about marketing, and he had the following to say:-

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?

Chris TDL: It’s a little complicated time; luckily, my family and I were spared from COVID. We are lucky to have good immune resistance, the most difficult is to see all the activities stopped, it is mentally complicated, but everyone is in the same situation.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded CH TDL.

Chris TDL: I am a 21-year-old Serial Entrepreneur, former Apple developer in computer security, event organizer and founder of 6 companies including a multinational (CH TDL Company) as well as media owner of the company (Net Worth Space) located in Toronto, Canada.

You must be wondering how I got there so quickly? Or why have you founded so many companies in such a short time? We have to go back to the very beginning to answer it.

From a young age, I have always been passionate about new technologies, electronics, as well as computers. These passions have made me who I am today, I have loved learning, and I have always wanted to be the best in my field.

There have been several passages in my life that prompted me to learn about several different topics with completely different themes from each other. That allowed me to know a significant number of things.

I come from a relatively modest family, money has never been very present in our family, and this was a trigger for me, wishing to change and improve our situation at all costs.

At the age of 13 or 14, I was spending my time learning programming, “Computer coding and bit combinations. It seemed so exciting to me, and at the age of 15, a computer developer contacted me by email. Wondering if I would be interested in working with them. I was lost, and wondering a lot, who he was… I looked at his email address, and then something really surprised me.. “……@apple.com “I was wondering if this was possible! And yes… I started working at Apple at the age of 15 as an application developer, I went up level to level over time, but at one point the work and study were too difficult for me, so I stopped working with them.

Also at the age of 15, I discovered a huge passion for marketing, so I decided to create a small team of 3 people to offer our services to individuals who wanted to make their work known to more people, and yes… Here is the start of CH TDL Company, now a multinational!

Since that day, I haven’t stopped learning, but I have never taken any training on entrepreneurship, for the simple reason that it DOES NOT EXIST. You need to make up your own mind about entrepreneurship and how to run your business, taking small examples of what you love about the business magnates and the greatest entrepreneurs of all time. I think for example of Elon Musk, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, etc. Take what you like about them, and create your own way.

How does CH TDL innovate?

Chris TDL: We are constantly looking to improve and innovate in the areas that my companies offer; we are constantly looking for new people with good ideas to contribute. We are very committed to the future, and we try to include artificial intelligence as much as possible of our systems and companies.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your business finances?

Chris TDL: We are very fortunate not to be negatively affected by the pandemic, our lines of business and primarily online so we are not at a disadvantage. We even made the decision to offer our help to the small trader by offering some of our services to them for free, and by making donations to them.

Did you have to make difficult choices regarding human resources, and what are the lessons learned?

Chris TDL: We are fortunate not to have had a negative impact on human resources.

How did your customer relationship management evolve? Do you use any specific tools to be efficient?

Chris TDL: As mentioned just before, we are trying to automate things as much as possible and effectively with artificial intelligence to save time. Regarding our customer relationship, we have not changed anything compared to before the pandemic—only an increase in our customers and an overall improvement in the quality of our services.

Did you benefit from any government grants, and did that help keep your business afloat?

Chris TDL: We were fortunate not to need government grants. Many entrepreneurs, unfortunately, have a lot of difficulties and need help, and one of my main goals in these difficult times is to help them as effectively as possible.

Your final thoughts?

Chris TDL: I sincerely believe that all businesses currently in difficulty should think about an effective solution to convert the once physical business into online business. This will allow them to continue to benefit from an income, allowing them to survive. Good digital marketing is also very important at this time.
