Increase Your Digital Audience and Monetize Your Content with SINDYK

We talked to Darío Palacio Isaza of SINDYK about changing the media industry, and he had the following to say:-
First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?
Darío Palacio Isaza: Thank God we have been very good. No member of the family has suffered any problems, and we have been healthy and calm. Obviously, life has changed us, but our work and our routines have remained more or less the same. We are very lucky, and we thank God.
Tell us about you, your career, how you founded SINDYK.
Darío Palacio Isaza: I am Colombian from the city of Medellín. My profession is Business & Management, and I have been in the digital industry for 22 years. I founded my company, Digital Partners Group, in 2010. We have created and activated hundreds of projects and initiatives, but since 2017 we decided to focus on the media industry with our SINDYK product.
How does SINDYK innovate?
Darío Palacio Isaza: We are currently focused on improving and increasing the audience and monetizing the digital content of the media. Our technology is based on machine learning that identifies and qualifies each of the users and with them understands their reading behavior.
How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?
Darío Palacio Isaza: Our business has been stable. What it has generated is an acceleration on the part of the communication media to modify its business model and activate strong digital processes. Therefore, this has benefited us enormously.
Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?
Darío Palacio Isaza: Fortunately, we haven’t had to make big changes. What it has generated is that we focus much more and better on our value offering and what we can actually offer our customers and the industry.
What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to navigate this crisis?
Darío Palacio Isaza: The truth is that the best tool and the one that has worked best for us has been LinkedIn. This has allowed us to build relationships in other countries and gradually increase the confidence of our product in other markets.
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
Darío Palacio Isaza: Our competitors are companies such as Piano, ARC Publishing, Xalok, Marfeel. Our focus, for now, is to be able to offer the best and most competitive product in the industry for our region, Latam.
