David Černuta the Founder of CoinCodex shares his Secret of Remaining Competitive

Tell us about you, your Career, how you Founded or Joined CoinCodex
David Černuta: Along with the other founders, we’re all cryptocurrency fans. We created CoinCodex in 2017 right before cryptocurrency really hit the mainstream and the market rallied to its all-time highs. Looking back, I think our timing was pretty good. If we started a few months later, I think the company wouldn’t have turned out as well as it did.
How does CoinCodex Innovate?
David Černuta: Since we’re all enthusiastic about cryptocurrency, we follow the rapid developments in the ecosystem closely and we can quickly react when we’re starting to see new trends forming. Beyond that, we try to put ourselves in the shoes of our users and try to deliver the best experience we possibly can.
How the Coronavirus Pandemic affects your Business and how are you Coping?
David Černuta: The biggest impact of this pandemic is that everyone on the team started working from home, so there really wasn’t that much in-person communication. However, we got used to it pretty quickly and we were able to keep everyone up to date through various online communication channels.
As far as the business side is concerned, there were obviously some struggles at first where everyone was very uncertain about the future and became more reluctant to spend, but the situation has thankfully stabilized to some degree.
How do you deal with Stress and Anxiety? How do you Project yourself and CoinCodex in the Future?
David Černuta: I think we’re on a good path and we’re also in an industry that has tremendous room for growth in the future – cryptocurrency and blockchain can revolutionize a lot of sectors. As long as we keep up the good work, I see a bright future ahead for CoinCodex.
Who are your Competitors? And how do you plan to Stay in the Game?
David Černuta: Our competitors are other cryptocurrency listings websites – some of the biggest players here are CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko and CryptoCompare, but there’s plenty of other great companies too. However, we don’t focus too hard on beating our competitors or one-upping everyone else. We have our own vision for the products we want to build and we try to execute as well as possible.
Of course, we make sure to monitor what our competitors are doing as well – sometimes, they come up with good ideas before you, and then you take a look if you can improve the concept even further.
Your final thoughts
David Černuta: I’d like to thank startup.info for being interested in us and featuring CoinCodex. I wish the best of luck to all entrepreneurs and people working with startups in navigating these unprecedented times.
