David Rashty: CreativeMinds is always on the lookout for new and exciting ways to ensure users make the most out of WordPress and Magento. Even though we are players in the industry for a long time, there is a lot of opportunity (and need) for innovation, and it’s constant.

Just now, we started taking in Mobile Development projects to help to create apps and turn WordPress and Magento sites into mobile apps.

Another recent example is our unique Telegram Bot plugin, which helps automate a series of tasks by connecting Telegram and WordPress.

How the Coronavirus Pandemic affects your Business, and how are you coping?

David Rashty: We are very lucky not to have been hit so hard. The situation of business worldwide is extremely unfortunate, but it might also be a drive towards digitalization.

We sell tools that build an online presence, eLearning, eCommerce, and content. The current situation encourages new ventures which need such tools.

The economic scenario in the United States will be complex for a while, so we have contingency plans. We still receive inquiries daily, asking about help with customization or bigger projects.

Did you have to make Difficult Choices, and what are the Lessons Learned?

David Rashty: Fortunately, we didn’t have to cut anything essential. We knew it from before: there’s never a bad time to review your spending.

As for where to invest time, we placed a huge focus on all aspects of SEO, such as technical and on-site. It’s paying off with an increase in the audience while competitors are struggling.

Who are your Competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the Game?

David Rashty: WordPress and Magento are saturated markets – there’s a lot of competition, but the average quality can be really low.

Our strategy is to offer something unique and high-quality while understanding what our customer needs. We are the only company to offer such an extensive catalog of WordPress and Magento products all created by ourselves.

Since we sell only our products, we know them from top to bottom and support them.
