Dileep Seinberg, Founder and CEO at Exioms tells us how their collaborative approach helps people and organizations build faster, agile, and better systems for growth.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times? 

Dileep Seinberg: Thank you for asking. We are well, and so are our families and Exioms team. 

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Exioms. 

Dileep Seinberg: I am the founder and CEO of Exioms. We are a Business Innovation company that primarily focuses on building Payment, Fintech & Blockchain products, and solutions. We founded Exioms (along with another founder Mrityunjaya P), in 2010. 

How does Exioms innovate? 

Dileep Seinberg: We have always been Future Ready Business and innovation company. The Post-Covid era will impact the new decade on how we live our lives and do business as well. We are building new products primarily in Fintech and Blockchain domain. We are working Remotely and implementing a Work-From-Home structure in our organization. 

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Dileep Seinberg: Like many other businesses, it has impacted Exioms also and created a new path to look forward to. We are optimistic about building solutions for the bigger business problems. Work-from-Anywhere and building new products aligning with the post-pandemic era is what we have done. 

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Dileep Seinberg: The business journey is always difficult, and learning comes from this to build ourselves better. In the Covid time, we have actively participated in PPE product distributions to Government and private agencies and families as well. We have launched our Healthcare Business to serve business in the future also. 

How do you deal with stress and anxiety, how do you project yourself and Exioms in the future?

Dileep Seinberg: I like to spend time with friends and interact with like-minded people to work on new ideas. Working on fascinating ideas is what I call Stress Buster. Exioms will be moving forward with the new product launch in 2021, and we will also expand our new healthcare business. 

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Dileep Seinberg: Our primary competitors are product development companies and Fintech companies working on Payment and banking solutions. 

Your final thoughts?

Dileep Seinberg: Contactless and Virtual are new realities of our world. And we have reimagined new business models and products in this thought process. We will be launching new products in 2021 in similar nature.
