We talked to Dominik Dragičević of CoreLine about web and mobile app development company and here is what he said about it.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?

Dominik Dragičević: I am doing well, hanging out a lot with my family members. I would say that this situation brought us more closer.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded CoreLine.

Dominik Dragičević: My friend Filip and I started our business after working together in our former company as developers. So, 4 years later, CoreLine was founded.

How does CoreLine innovate?

Dominik Dragičević: We are primarily helping other companies to stay innovative and to follow IT trends, but we also have some of our products like CoreEvent, which is an innovative platform for managing events.

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Dominik Dragičević: CoreLine was not affected by this pandemic. We did some great projects and brought 6 people to our team. It means we had exponential growth and are still expanding our business.

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Dominik Dragičević: Had to make some choices regarding the projects, but in the end, every decision proved to be correct.

What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to navigate this crisis?

Dominik Dragičević: Our communication channels like Gmail, Google hangouts, and slack are the primary tools to keep communication lines on a high level with our clients and within our company.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Dominik Dragičević: Our competitors are medium-sized IT companies. Our technologies stack, seniority of developers, and experience on the international level are our biggest power for competitive fighting in this market.
