TSplus: Remote Desktop Sessions from Any Device, and Anywhere

Dominique Benoit of TSplus tells us about the remote desktop and application delivery.
First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?
Dominique Benoit: I am fine and near the nervous breakdown like everyone in my family and my company.
Tell us about you, your career, how you founded TSplus.
Dominique Benoit: I founded the company in 2007 and prior I was the European Director of Compuware (one of the largest software editors in the USA).
How does TSplus innovate?
Dominique Benoit: We are the best alternative to Citrix.
We also have developed an excellent solution to secure Windows servers and to protect them from Cyber-attacks.
In November 2020 we launched a unique product for Home at Working enabling us to remotely access each company’s Desktop.
How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your business finances?
Dominique Benoit: From a business standpoint, it has created a situation where we are not able to meet. Our face-to-face team meetings, our international meetings, and business travels have been canceled and this is quite sad.
From the finance perspective, we have no problem and I have continued to grow and to hire people.
Did you have to make difficult choices regarding human resources and what are the lessons learned?
Dominique Benoit: Not at all. Except for the cancellation of our team meetings.
I have learned that each of my team members has done their best to continue their actions for the benefit of our customers and our company.
I am impressed by this fact; I am proud of my team and I am grateful.
How did your customer relationship management evolve? Do you use any specific tools to be efficient?
Dominique Benoit: Nothing has changed for our customer relationship.
We are using FreshDesk for our worldwide Support ticket system.
Did you benefit from any government grants, and did that help keep your business afloat?
Dominique Benoit: Government benefit? No, we did not try to apply for any government grants.
Your final thought?
Dominique Benoit: I believe that this Covid crisis will end quite soon. In May/June, the Covid will die because it will be Spring/Summer. In Autumn the vaccine and the treatments will make Covid a very basic flu.
