Dustin Jefferson: Mix of what we want to see on the product, customer feedback, and current market situation.

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Dustin Jefferson: The pandemic made indoor air quality top of mind for people because it is one of the main factors that affect virus survival and virus transmission. There was less education on the importance of healthy air because the pandemic already educated the market.

How do you deal with stress and anxiety?

Dustin Jefferson: That is part of daily life, and everybody experiences that. You just have to accept it and work around it. 

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Dustin Jefferson: A number of products are popping up in the category we’re in because the market will continue to grow. We remain competitive through product innovation, customer service/support, and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
