No Disruption for Fully-Owned Early Stage Businesses

Gonzague Leruth of Exclin tells us about proposing consulting services in Systems Thinking.
First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?
Gonzague Leruth: We’re all fine.
Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Exclin.
Gonzague Leruth: I studied engineering in Belgium and France, then worked for industrial groups in the UK, Germany, and France. I founded Exclin in the UK in 2015 and relocated it to France in 2018.
How does Exclin innovate?
Gonzague Leruth: We propose consulting services in Systems Thinking, a way to innovate by taking multiple perspectives into account. We also develop our own applications.
How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your business finances?
Gonzague Leruth: It has no impact because our development stage is still early.
Did you have to make difficult choices regarding human resources, and what are the lessons learned?
Gonzague Leruth: No.
How did your customer relationship management evolve? Do you use any specific tools to be efficient?
Gonzague Leruth: Our current main focus is on the development of software applications for which we don’t have customers yet. We try to position ourselves on state-of-the-art tools and frameworks.
Did you benefit from any government grants, and did that help keep your business afloat?
Gonzague Leruth: No.
Your final thoughts?
We’re looking to what’s ahead of us!
