First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times? 

Hetal Pushpa Mehta: We all are doing good, taking precautions and adapting to the new norms of living in the COVID-19 times.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Ansi ByteCode.

Hetal Pushpa Mehta: I am a techpreneur having a vast experience of 15+ years in this IT and have played several roles during my journey from Trainee to Entrepreneur, and the best was to be a Mentor at each stage. Being a Gujarati, always had a dream to do something of my own, and my passion led me to found Ansi ByteCode LLP in July 2014. Since then we have been into a roller costa ride and now sailing through this tide of COVID-19 Steadily.

How does Ansi ByteCode innovate? 

Hetal Pushpa Mehta: Ansi ByteCode LLP is an Off-Shore Software Development and IT Consultancy company and provides its services of consultancy as well as software development and managed services. We are Microsoft Gold Partners and are a known entity when it comes to delivering application build from scratch and hosted Cloud such as Azure or AWS. We are a one-stop destination for Startups to SME to Enterprise establishments for their digital requirements.

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Hetal Pushpa Mehta: It would be wrong if I would say it hasn’t impacted us, but would like to say that our industry was least impacted. We were able to work from home freely as there was no compulsion to visit the office. This stands true for the current customers, but new customers had dried up, looking at the uncertainty. Fortunately, things have settled down and now looking for good projects to start post-Christmas holidays.

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Hetal Pushpa Mehta: We were fortunate to not be in a situation to make choices that can be termed as “Difficult”, It was only the team’s adaptability that made this possible. As of Lesson learned are

1. Brick-and-mortar is not necessary for running our business, but good tech infrastructure is.

2. Both Past and Current Government has done wonderful work, that made it possible for all of us to work remotely even from native places where connectivity was supposed to be a problem.

3. Right attitude and a Disciplined team can make anything possible.

How do you deal with stress and anxiety?

Hetal Pushpa Mehta: Reading Books and long walks, allows me to manage my stress and anxiety. And the best stress buster is my angle my 9-year-old daughter talking to her make me calm.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Hetal Pushpa Mehta: There are many nowadays, but we provide rich consultancy based on our expertise on new technologies that would result in high ROI for the customer. We are problem solvers with multiple feathers on our hats.

Hetal Pushpa Mehta: 6 months of focused and concentrated efforts will always achieve things that 5 years of basic effort delivers.
