Ibrahim Azar of Brain Space Tells Us How the Digital Marketing Agency is Providing Digital Services

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?
Ibrahim Azar: Thank you for asking. It’s been a very tough year for all of us. However, this pandemic did have some good for family bonding. During the pandemic, I was happy to get to know my kids more and spend some quality time with them.
Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Brain Space.
Ibrahim Azar: Ever since I first started working, I was always passionate about Digital transformation and digital marketing and IT innovations. However, I first decided to start this company when one of my friends referred me to a client who had problems with his digital transformation. I took the project, and now 9 years down the line, we are a team of more than 40 operating from 4 different cities.
How does Brain Space innovate?
Ibrahim Azar: By properly understanding our clients’ needs and always being on top of the digital trends, we try our best to give our clients the latest in tech innovations and digital transformation strategies that enable them to seek quantifiable results.
How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?
Ibrahim Azar: Actually, the pandemic was somewhat good for our business. What Covid did to our industry was to accelerate the shift of many of the companies to Digital. This actually helped in growing the existing customer base. However, getting new clients and having a face to face meetings was quite hard and less effective.
Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?
Ibrahim Azar: In today’s business world, every day, we need to make hard and tough decisions. The hardest lesson we learned as a team was to work remotely. However, this was a great experience, and we are in the process of changing our operating model as a result.
How do you deal with stress and anxiety?
Ibrahim Azar: By accepting that this is part of the package, you learn to deal with it. My way of dealing is to keep myself as healthy as possible, constantly working out and getting enough sleep.
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
Ibrahim Azar: We have many competitors, some good and some have no idea of what the business is. We always strive to keep close relationships with our clients, always providing them with the latest technologies and innovations and keeping ourselves up to date with the latest advancements.
