First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times? 

Irfan Ahmed: The pandemic has been a rollercoaster for the entire family. The lives of millions across the world changed upside down. Considering this as a new normal and we assume this is not going to end soon, we have tried to adapt to this environment which in one way is a transformation from the usual. What we have experienced is a once in a lifetime or a century experience, so whether one takes it as a blessing or curse its for one to decide, but the pandemic has accelerated our growth and given us direction into new business opportunities, and since we were already promoting technology it just made our life easy to sell. 

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded ME Universal.

Irfan Ahmed: I started this company from scratch, and its was accidental that I entered into manufacturing and technology at the same time. With no engineering background, it was just a learning process day by day. The passion to acquire more and more knowledge for technology and how it can positively impact people’s life gave shape to what our company is today. With hundreds of international clients and exports, we are able to serve any segment of IOT solution for our clients, and we have the full capability to do any R&D to develop, prototype, and test in actual working in house.

How does ME Universal innovate? 

Irfan Ahmed: We have tied up with International Partners all over, and we do a lot of cross development on solutions and ensure the integration makes a solution for various applications and industries. Innovation is constant and evolving, and hence the process never stops, and we keep learning every day to serve our clients.
