Jason Hunt Fresh Crowd

First of all, how are you and your Family doing in these COVID-19 Times?

Jason Hunt: We’re doing well with the new normal. One of the bright sides of COVID is being able to spend the extra time with family.

Tell us about you, your Career, how you founded Fresh Crowd

Jason Hunt: In 2016, I started http://freshcrowd.com – a social media agency specializing in Facebook and Instagram advertising. Fast-forward to 2019, and we needed to become more versatile in a saturated market, so I merged my company with Todd Foster’s company http://caseo.ca to form Merged Media.

How does Fresh Crowd innovate?

Jason Hunt: Being an agency specializing in Facebook and SEO, we need to stay ahead of the curve for our clients, so we are constantly testing new SEO tools and ad placements released by Facebook.

How the Coronavirus Pandemic affects your Business, and how are you coping?

Jason Hunt: We have been one of the few businesses that have fortunately thrived during COVID thanks to our ability to pivot quickly. We’ve lost many restaurants and dental clients due to the reduced marketing budgets but have received many new e-Commerce clients that are benefitting from the low-cost clicks on social media.

Did you have to make Difficult Choices, and what are the Lessons Learned?

Jason Hunt: We’ve learned the importance of changing and adapting quickly to current circumstances. Social Media and Google are always updating, so we can always be looking out for our client’s best interest by staying ahead of the curve.

How do you deal with Stress and Anxiety? How do you project yourself and Fresh Crowd in the Future?

Jason Hunt: When you say no to one thing, you are saying yes to something else. We’ve learned that there is no point in taking on clients who are not a good fit for the business. The headaches and challenges with come with chasing the money are never worth the time.

Who are your Competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the Game?

Jason Hunt: Our competitors are the likes of big scale digital marketing agencies that work with small businesses. Because we are a small business, we can make changes and disrupt the market more quickly and efficiently than our competitors. For example, if Facebook released a new ad placement tomorrow, we can easily roll it out with our current clients, and our sales team can push it out in revised package offerings.

Your Final Thoughts

Jason Hunt: Our business is built to put the focal point on people’s strengths, and we encourage our clients to focus on what they do best and let us experts take care of the digital marketing. If interested in a free digital marketing audit then visit http://merged.ca
