First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times? 

Jiten Surve: During this pandemic, it was difficult for a startup business, but it had some positive effects, every member of the family was so close to each other. The value of family has grown.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Prospect SEO.

Jiten Surve: I’m Digital marketing with 12+ years of experience. I was freelancing a lot, but as I started growing, I turned my freelancing towards entrepreneurship. Hence I found the startup. It’s been a great journey.

How does Prospect SEO innovate? 

Jiten Surve: We have a marketing model which we present to our clients before we signup for any projects. This includes the projections about the growth plan in the next 6 months.

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Jiten Surve: Not so much, though. Most of our clients have a good amount of work for us. There were a few delays in payments, but that was not an issue. 2021 will be great for us, as more and more companies are looking for online visibility.

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Jiten Surve: During the pandemic, I created online courses and marketing plans. All my time was involved in making strategies.

How do you deal with stress and anxiety? How do you project yourself and Prospect SEO in the future?

Jiten Surve: Taking a short vacation from work. It keeps me away from stress.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Jiten Surve: There are many competitors, and each month is a challenge. But when you have loyal clients, you have nothing to fear about.
