Kostas Korros: We are doing well through these difficult times, we try to think positive, and we take all the necessary precaution measures against COVID-19

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Mykonos Prive.

Kostas Korros: We first launched Mykonos Prive Concierge company in 2014, being involved in the travel and hospitality industry since 2000 and after landing in Mykonos island in 2007, we quickly realized that the need for exclusive services would be in high demand, the foundations and demand were ready, the only thing needed was our special touch.

How does Mykonos Prive innovate?

Kostas Korros: We provide Exclusive Concierge services via our valued connections and partners, our elite VIP services, attention to the very last detail together with the latest high-tech equipment, we can guarantee top-notch service.

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Kostas Korros: Coronavirus has tremendously affected our business and travel industry in general. Our strong partnerships and loyal VIP clientele were a great part of our nonstop business through this pandemic; all safety protocols are in place in our services.

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Kostas Korros: We will definitely not take anything for granted anymore, especially when it comes to our health. We are working closely with everyone to make sure we will get out of this pandemic as winners once again.

Kostas Korros: We use multiple software tools to make sure we are on top of the game

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Kostas Korros: Competition has never been an issue, for there will always be competition. Our personal experience with our clients and personal touch will always make a difference and will be appreciated.
