Manas Khatri Digital Jugglers

Manas Khatri, founder, and CEO at Digital Jugglers tells us how to accelerate your brand through digital marketing.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?

Manas Khatri: Thank you for asking. We are living in challenging and uncertain times. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced families to try to maintain work-family balance with few supports. But we’re excellent and try to be positive, motivated in these challenging times & plan to manage the survival phase, the restart, and now the fast-track recovery.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Digital Jugglers.

Manas Khatri: I’ve been fascinated by technology since my childhood. I started working on Freelance Projects in class 9th. I started up with my YouTube Channel and Blog, which were a good source of income at that time.

I did BCA and MCA and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science.

During my MCA, I developed a keen interest in Digital Marketing inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Digital Campaign. Later on, in 2016, I founded Digital Jugglers (Crazybrand Bazaar Pvt Ltd).

Working with Local Businesses, Brands, Politicians, etc., we added multiple segments, which include: Business Consultation, Branding, IT Solutions, PR Activities, and Digital Marketing Training.

How does Digital Jugglers innovate?

Manas Khatri: Digital Marketing is booming. As more businesses are going online, the digital marketing industry has grown massively.

– Business Consultancy: Working with different businesses to build their brand, especially focusing on startups and providing them consultation as well as handholding support.

– Our Digital Marketing Ecosystem:  We provide both Digital Marketing Services and Training as well. Our Clients require dedicated Digital Marketing Staff too. This way, our Students get the best placements too.

– Digital Jugglers to NADM: During the lockdown, we have rebranded our Training Center as NADM – National Academy of Digital Marketing. Our Training is now conducted Online too. Students, Professionals, Entrepreneurs, and even Housewives are now learning Digital Marketing.

Outdoor Branding Services: We have added a new segment of Outdoor advertising under the brand AdvertisingAtoZ. Providing all sorts of Outdoor Branding to our customers.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your business finances?

Manas Khatri: COVID-19 and the resulting health crisis have affected me and my business on so many levels. The lockdown has inevitably impacted business finances of all sizes.

Yes. Like every other company, we’ve moved our employees’ safety, health, and well-being to the forefront of our decision-making. We also faced problems with the payment flow in the market.

Our team worked remotely during the lockdown. We used video conferencing for client and team meetings which is quite a new thing for some of us, but we adopted it effectively. Also managed internships remotely.

We also used the downtime of India’s nationwide lockdown to rethink, redesign, and reengineer how we work, where possible.

Did you have to make difficult choices regarding human resources, and what are the lessons learned?

Manas Khatri: Online hiring was somewhat challenging. The team was working remotely. In some areas Internet connectivity is a big problem, electricity is not efficient, so Work could not be done on time. It was the first time for many who were going online for an interview. It took some time to adapt, but Learning never ends & I learned so much from this.

How did your customer relationship management evolve? Do you use any specific tools to be efficient?

Manas Khatri: Through CRM, We can better understand our customers’ wants and needs on an individual level & we use many CRM tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot for our Customers. We also use CRM and Helpdesk to provide on-time support to our Customers.

Did you benefit from any government grants, and did that help keep your business afloat?

Manas Khatri: Several relief measures to protect the economy from the adverse impact of the ongoing Covid-19 crisis. Yes, we got many advantages from government policies like the increased moratorium period on all loan EMIs and Credit Card dues, an extension of GST, and Annual Return dates.

Your final thoughts?

Manas Khatri: Firstly, I’m very thankful for the contribution through these answers.

I aim to provide support to the startups with the right strategy and provide the best IT solutions to our client’s which can take their business to the next level.

With my experience in the field of Digital Marketing and Business Consultation, I would like more businesses to flourish.

I will continue to grow my business by increasing my customer base and reach. However, it can sometimes be very challenging, but with excellent customer service, nurturing existing customers & looking for new opportunities, I’ll achieve it.
