Tell us about you, your Career, how you Founded or Joined Juridoc

Maxime Troubat: Maxime Troubat is an entrepreneur born in 1979. A former student of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Reims. He first held responsibilities in the Marketing Department of luxury food industries at Petrossian and Henriot.

He then launched with Cédric Bannel, the founder of Caradisiac, his first company on the Internet dedicated to the animal world. Waliboo, the first animal portal was born. Noticed by Jean-Yves Hepp, Vice-chairman France at McCann Erickson, he joined the Unowhy group in 2009 as Content and Solution Project Manager to launch the first QOOQ touch tablet, dedicated to the culinary arts.

He then launched his communication, SEO and digital strategy agency, Airyourvoice, and participated in the launch of several online businesses, notably in the art world.

He is now CEO of the legaltech, Juridoc, the most complete and easy-to-use Contract Lifecycle Management platform in the world.

How does Juridoc Innovate?

Maxime Troubat: Juridoc is the most complete and easy-to-use Contract Lifecycle Management Platform in the world that allows an efficient process, with reduced time and costs. Our cloud-based software facilitates the entire contract life cycle, streamlines workflow and improves compliance.
It breaks into CLM with a new, very user-friendly offering and aspires to shake up the market with a low-cost, an easy-to-use solution for small businesses and a higher functioning but still easy-to-use product for midsize and larger firms.

How the Coronavirus Pandemic affects your Business, and how are you coping?

Maxime Troubat: In fact, the pandemic is good for us as the companies are re-thinking their business to work in a more efficient way of managing legal documents. Legal firms will need to take advantage of this historic opportunity to introduce new technological tools and online solutions that will enable them to remain at the forefront of their industry.

Did you have to make Difficult Choices and what are the Lessons Learned?

Maxime Troubat: Not really, but we have to work more on remote as we were already used to.

How do you Deal with Stress and Anxiety, how do you Project yourself and Juridoc in the Future?

Maxime Troubat: We are very optimistic regarding our future as 80% of the companies in the world are still using Word and Excel to manage their contracts. Using Juridoc, they will be able to reduce the time spent on creating contracts by 80% and negotiation contracts by 50%

Who are your Competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the Game?

Maxime Troubat: We have around 10 competitors in Brazil and our solution is by far better than them. In the world, we have more like Conga, Pandadoc or Concord. We are always bringing new features to stay ahead of the competition. We have a lot coming this year. Stay tuned.
