Mohammad Majedur Rahman, Founder & CEO at Infotecsourz tells us about its photo retouching and graphic services.
First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?
Mohammad Majedur Rahman: I am doing well and safe. My family members are safe too. Thanks for asking. From the beginning of the pandemic, we were trying to maintain proper hygiene to protect against COVID-19.
Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Infotecsourz.
Mohammad Majedur Rahman: I am 27 years old. I studied Medicine. When I was in medical school, one of my photographer friends was facing a problem with photo retouching. He hired some experts for retouching images and paid a lot of money. Then I decided to start an affordable photo retouching service company and founded Infotecsourz.
How does Infotecsourz innovate?
Mohammad Majedur Rahman: Infotecsourz is a professional photo retouching & graphic design service provider company for E-commerce businesses and photographers. Our core services are E-commerce product photo editing, Photo Retouching, Clipping path service, and many more. We are working with thousands of business owners and photographers around the globe. Most of our clients are from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and many European countries. We have a hardworking and skilled team of 200 image retouching and graphic design experts who can process more than 5000 images per day.
We are always trying to help business owners, retailers, and photographers to grow their businesses by providing the best quality but affordable photo retouching services. So they can attract their customers by high-quality product photos and make a sale.
How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your business finances?
Mohammad Majedur Rahman: I can say Coronavirus doesn’t affect our business. Because most of the e-commerce companies were open during the pandemic, so we are working on a lot of images every day. Our company finances are going well.
Did you have to make difficult choices regarding human resources, and what are the lessons learned?
Mohammad Majedur Rahman: We have been working from home since last year. We are always caring about our team members’ health & safety. I would like to say until now everything is fine.
How did your customer relationship management evolve? Do you use any specific tools to be efficient?
Mohammad Majedur Rahman: As I said, we have clients from different countries. We have been using so many tools for management and communications. We are using our own management software, cloud storage, and other tools for management. For communications and customer relationship management, we are using Zoom, Google, Skype, and many more tools. We love to keep a relationship with our clients as well as our workers.
Did you benefit from any government grants, and did that help keep your business afloat?
Mohammad Majedur Rahman: We did not take any government grants. Fortunately, we didn’t need it.

Mohammad Majedur Rahman: I want to develop the digital image processing industry in this era of the 4th industrial revolution by adopting AI and all future technologies and tools.
We just learned so many lessons from last year. We should adopt new habits and situations in life. We must take care of our life and society. Business can be more successful by sharing and unity.
