First of all, how are you and your family doing in these covid19 times?

Nader Kobeissi: It’s been a challenge, but thank god we are all safe. Thinking about families and businesses that weren’t as lucky as us of course.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded or joined Research Mobile

Nader Kobeissi: Having worked in the online/mobile market research industry for 15 years it really felt like the right time in my career to start my own company. I found in my partners Ebrahim and Ehsan the knowhow that i was lacking and we decided to create a unique startup and offer the global research industry to cater for the disruptive api business that market research is moving towards.

How does your company innovate?

Nader Kobeissi: We build all our tools inhouse thanks to Ehsan our CTO and his very talented team of developers.

How the coronavirus pandemic affects Research Mobile business and how are you coping?

Nader Kobeissi: Actually as our business relies on people taking surveys on their smartphones in 90 countries around the world, people being at home during this time all over the globe and being scotched to their phones has tripled our business during this period.

Did you have to make difficult choices and what are the lessons learned?

Nader Kobeissi: Not particularly, the only concern is cash flow and cash collection, so we needs to be very careful and work with the right clients.

How do you deal with stress and anxiety, how do you project yourself and your company in the future ?

Nader Kobeissi: By doing sports mostly. The lack of traveling during these 3 months was a blessing including spending more quality time with my son. Moving forward as a company we have put the right strategy in place assuming remote work will be the new norm.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Nader Kobeissi: Tap research, On Device Research to name a couple.

We constantly innovate and work on our tech in order to have a unique offering and differentiate ourselves vis a vis our clients.

Nader kobeissi: We sincerely hope the world will get out of this unique pandemic asap and find a way to get even better than before.
