Nuttakorn Rattanachaisit: Thank you for asking. My family and I are well despite these Covid-19 times. I hope everyone reading this article is safe.
Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Predictive.
Nuttakorn Rattanachaisit: I have over 22 years of experience in digital marketing and a pioneer in search engine optimization in APAC, beginning in the field in the late 1990s. Currently, I am CEO and Co-founder for Predictive Co., Ltd. Predictive helps our clients understand the value of their data across a wide digital footprint to create sustainable growth.

Nuttakorn Rattanachaisit: Predictive is the first & market-leading digital consulting firm in Thailand. We are Google Marketing Platform Certified Sales Partner, Google Cloud Partner. Predictive helps our clients understand the value of their data across a wide digital footprint to create sustainable growth. We offer End to End Data Solutions from Strategy, Implementation, Analytics, Machine Learning/ AI and Data Activation such as Site Personalization, Ads Personalization. We also offer end-to-end user experience research services from qualitative and quantitative research to conduct a full customer journey. Our client industries include telco, financial services, retail, automotive, real estate, media & publishers, travel & hospitality, etc.
How does your company deal with Pandemic-19?
Nuttakorn Rattanachaisit: COVID-19 situation is very volatile, and its implications on businesses are changing rapidly.
We helped clients establish and evolve meaningful connections with their customers and staying one step ahead of users needs to truly assist their interactions with the brand.
We access, analyze and visualize the insights and have a plan in place to maximize clients ROI and create a deeper customer relationship.
How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your business finances?
Nuttakorn Rattanachaisit: Our company’s revenue had no pandemic impact last year because it increased from 59% in 2019.
Did you have to make difficult choices regarding human resources, and what are the lessons learned?
Nuttakorn Rattanachaisit: Our company has regular payroll and bonuses. We also have new hires. The challenges are to engage with them and add fun at work during work from home period, so we have a happiness survey to get their feedback.
How did your customer relationship management evolve? Do you use any specific tools to be efficient?
Nuttakorn Rattanachaisit: Some client companies are not familiar with video conferences or online tools, so we have onboarding our clients. In addition, we have run online workshops with our clients through Miro tool, Jamboard, to brainstorm.
Did you benefit from any government grants, and did that help keep your business afloat?
Nuttakorn Rattanachaisit: We do not seek any special support from the government. We get general benefit on the matter of tax, social security.

Nuttakorn Rattanachaisit: The lesson learned for every organization is to be prepared at all times. Know what risks your own business has. It is important for businesses to have data on hand to analyze what part of the problem we are having. What problems do our customers have in order to solve problems at the right point?
