We talked to Oksana Pavliuk on how Textum Vinnitsa develops and scales businesses with the help of internet marketing tools, and this is what she said about it.

First, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?

Oksana Pavliuk: COVID-19 has not disrupted the daily routine of my family. We live in a small town — Zhmerynka (Vinnytsia region) and usually spend our free time in nature. We go to the rivers, horseback riding and hiking in the forest. Furthermore, we also began to travel more around Ukraine and discovered many beautiful places. With the advent of COVID-19, people started appreciating the nature that surrounds us. After all, nature is an inexhaustible source of inspiration and energy.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Textum Vinnitsa ?

Oksana Pavliuk: I finished my degree at the National Technical University «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute.» Then I started to study copywriting — writing texts for business tasks. And two years later, I founded the Textum Vinnitsa agency.

At first, we provided services in two areas — SEO copywriting (writing texts for websites) and content marketing. Now the range of our services is more extensive. It also includes SEO-promotion, setting up targeted advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, website development.

I am a mother of two children. My daughter Nastya is nine years old, and my son Zachary is three years old.

‎How does Textum Vinnitsa innovate?

Oksana Pavliuk: We must improve because this is our job. We monitor, predict trends, regularly study, introduce new standards and master services and programs to automate and enhance our technological process.

Experience shows that not all specialists can quickly and easily learn new things.

Therefore, we innovate consistently:

  1. Corporate training. First, we conduct a theoretical training course.
  2. Practical strengthening of skills. Experts carry out a test and tasks, receiving feedback from lecturers.
  3. Use of innovations in the technological process. And only then do we begin to use new technologies in our daily tasks.

All the aforementioned allows us to introduce innovations as painlessly as possible for personnel and efficiently for production.

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Oksana Pavliuk: During the coronavirus epidemic, the Textum Vinnitsa agency’s services’ demand has grown. More and more small and medium-sized business owners have begun to develop online trading, invest in corporate websites, and contact us.

We have launched an online training course, «SEO copywriting for small and medium businesses.» It designs for both novice copywriters, marketers, and experienced professionals. We train staff members of other companies.

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Oksana Pavliuk: Yes, I had to. This year we launched a course. Initially, we wanted to conduct training offline and invested money. However, due to the coronavirus epidemic, we could not fulfill this task and decided to start the online course. It was a difficult choice for us. We are used to communicating live and adhere to corporate values:

  • Comfortable, friendly atmosphere. One of our goals is to make students look forward to the next lesson.
  • Honesty and responsibility. We share the knowledge gained from years of experience. All students must receive practical skills.
  • Only a quality «product.» We are ready to refund the cost of our services to everyone who can confirm that it is not useful or does not meet quality standards.

Implementing these values online is more difficult, but we have adapted, and we complete all tasks without violating the basic standards of work.

How do you deal with stress and anxiety?

Oksana Pavliuk: The fast pace of life does not give me the ability to reflect and dive into stress. When I feel overworked or sad, I take more time for:

  • spend with my family;
  • read books and immerse into self-efficiency;
  • savor the beauty of nature;
  • write articles for our corporate blog.

All it gives me the possibility to quickly restore resources and fills me with energy for further achievements.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Oksana Pavliuk: We have many competitors. In the marketplace, we distinguish by our values. Experienced specialists are joining our team. They see that we have a friendly team, career growth opportunities, and a comfortable working atmosphere. Each company is people first of all.

We are honest and responsible to clients and partners. Experts of the agency «Textum Vinnitsa» carefully control each service’s quality, improve work, and invest additional value for customers. These are our competitive advantages.

Your final thoughts?

Oksana Pavliuk: In conclusion, I want to note that a business with a high-quality and useful product and a well-developed corporate culture will always be in demand, even despite the crises or the coronavirus epidemic.

Of course, the events that are taking place cause significant damage to some companies.

And in some cases, this is a business:

  • that does not have a well-coordinated team;
  • with an unfair relationship with clients or partners;
  • creates products only to generate more profit, but without elaborating on their added value.

Any difficulties in uniting people. It is given to us to see our weak points and become better.
