My founders have 2 years experience in operation management from Dhow and Jeep Tours. And In-house Dietitian has 1-year experience of cooking children foods for nursery. The idea came after learning from World Health Organization using Therapeutic Food to treat made from peanuts to treat malnutrition.
Your products and services
Peanut milk is a non-dairy beverage created using peanuts and water. Recipe variations include salt, sweeteners, and grains. It does not contain any lactose and is therefore suitable for people with lactose intolerance and biomass briquettes are biofuel substitute to coal and charcoal, made using shells of peanuts used as cooking fuel.
Your success factors
First , Financials in a month will make my business successful such as Monthly expenses US$ 800, Break- Even Volume 10,500 and Break- Even Revenue US$ 5250.

First, New competition, power of buyers to my new products such as briquettes and peanut milk will make them choose substitute products if my price is higher.
Second , there is no similar product on the market hence many customers will need strong marketing to believe in my products.

I am going to make money by selling peanut milk boxes directly to Kindergartens and Biomass briquettes to households.

My main competitors are ASAS DAIRIES LTD receive raw milk from their farms and other suppliers, processing it into various milk products including fresh milk and AZAM Dairy Products who received milk powders from their partners and process into milk.
