We talked to Raj Karan on how RealMediaHub helps in improving business growth and this is what he had to say.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Covid-19 times?

Raj Karan: We all are fine, and if we talk about Covid-19, we are taking all the necessary precautions to keep ourselves safe. In this period, we are altogether avoiding junk food and are not going to any place where we have to face a huge crowd, as it is not safe for all of us.

This pandemic had completely changed our life, as we know that it had done a lot of damage to our country and lots of people had lost their lives, but somewhere we are responsible for it because we have taken it very casually. But now, we are just focusing on building our immunity to fight this disease and return to our routine. No one wants to be scared for a long time, and that’s why we have to be very careful. My family and I had spent a lot of time together, and we have recalled our childhood memories by playing some games. It was an unpredictable time for all of us.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded RealMediaHub?

Raj Karan: I usually had many dreams in my childhood, but due to financial issues, I couldn’t fulfill all of my dreams. I was just focused on my career that I have to do something for my family. Then I got to know there will be a bright future for digital marketing. So I just made my mind that I have to make my career in the Digital Marketing field. After completing the course, it was quite tough to search for the best job, but I got some success after a lot of struggle. Finally, I got a job in this company, which was an outstanding achievement for me to fulfill my family’s requirements.

How does RealMediaHub innovate?

Raj Karan: My mind was clear about my targets, and because of the competition in the markets, I stuck to my plan to achieve something better. We had done the proper planning, and the strategies we had implemented were correctly evaluated.

In this competitive market, we had provided genuine services to our customers with a very reasonable budget so that they can be satisfied with our services. Our main aim was to fulfill the client’s desire, and it was possible only due to our hard work and succession planning. I am not saying that it was easy at all, we had faced many challenges and problems, but we faced them with our strength and implemented our plans genuinely.

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Raj Karan: Coronavirus Pandemic has affected worldwide businesses, and it also our business. There isn’t money rotation in the market, and that’s why we all have faced this situation as we know that most of the people were facing a shortage of funds crisis, and that’s why they are unable to get our services. It directly impacts our business.

To eliminate this problem, we had made some incidental management plans to survive in this market. We made some deductions in our company expenses, which was quite necessary but as per the situation is getting normal, we are coming to a normal position. This decision was not planned but due to this situation and to survive in this field, we had to take this decision.

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Raj Karan: Yes, some of our decisions are very harsh, but it was necessary. We were not getting the revenue we need so that we can pay our employees. That’s why we had to make some harsh decisions. We have given more priority to our executives because somewhere we rely on them and we cannot take any tough decision against them, as it will be unlawful.

From this pandemic situation, we learn that we have to be always natural and prepare for uncertainties that can arise anytime in the future. So we have to prepare all the time and take some harsh decisions only when required.

How do you deal with stress and anxiety? How do you project yourself and RealMediaHub in the future?

Raj Karan: Deal with these situations. Generally, I believe in Yoga and exercise keeps my mind fresh and reduces stress and anxiety. Not to get stressed, I spend some time with my family to get some entertainment, and at that time, I don’t discuss my business deals.

Without our employees, we are nothing, so it is necessary to take care of them. They are my family, and that’s why they are still working with us, and we are making the best plans every moment for our company’s future.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Raj Karan: There are many competitors in our field, and all come with their strategies. Our planning strategy must differ from them; only then will we stay in the market. Sometimes, there is also a fact we have to follow our competitors to know their strategies to do something different from them.

Competitors are part of a game; in fact, there should be some competitors in our field that we think more drastically. If there are no competitors, then we cannot put extra effort. Our main aim is to do something different from our competitors to stay in the game for a long time. We also work on keeping our rates low and provide better services than others.

Final Thoughts?

Raj Karan: I have been in this company for a couple of years, and I have noticed that new and innovative thinking can bring you to a new level. I have faced many critical situations that will make me feel stressed but proper planning and exercise help.

Today, our primary focus is only on the upcoming plans to take this company to a new level. Many of the competitors will try a lot to stop us, but we are focused on our target, and we will never stop until we reach our target.
