First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times? 

Ralph Kuepper: Very well, we are all healthy and happy. Social distancing is annoying, but there is little you can do about that.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded ReviewSender

Ralph Kuepper: I started Skelpo when I was 17 and kept it ever since. Over time our products and services adjusted, and as of most recently, we launched our SaaS product ReviewSender.

How does ReviewSender innovate? 

Ralph Kuepper: Primarily by using cutting edge technologies, specifically the Vapor framework: Using technology that is just starting out is exciting and makes you feel like you are part of something bigger.

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Ralph Kuepper: It hasn’t been too bad; most of our customers are online merchants and have not been affected too badly. We are coping well, but I can’t wait for things to be better again (globally, that is)

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Ralph Kuepper: Fortunately, not many. The main lesson I learned is appreciating what we have on any given day; you never know what the next day will give you. 

How do you deal with stress and anxiety? How do you project yourself and ReviewSender in the future?

Ralph Kuepper: Fairly relaxed, uncertainty is the bread and butter of entrepreneurship, so nothing new really.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Ralph Kuepper: With ReviewSender, we don’t have that many competitors, but we plan to stay in the game by re-innovating our product.
