We talked to Remus Lechintan, CEO at VoiceMailTel about the cost effective business phone service provider for toll free and local numbers and here is what he said about it.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?

Remus Lechintan: We are ok, doing our best to stay safe in these strange times.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded VoiceMailTel.

Remus Lechintan: I created VoiceMailTel in 2006 with the goal of providing cost-effective business services to companies. We have since grown quite a bit since then and have added more services for our customers.

How does VoiceMailTel innovate?

Remus Lechintan: One of the main things we always did is try to switch our developers around a bit, from project to project, to keep them motivated and eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.

We also always listen to their ideas, and some of those ideas are now on our list of services.

I’ll mention just the last one, a service I am sure will bring a lot of new customers, we call it VMT Meetings and it is an online meeting platform, with screen sharing, HD audio, video and many other features which will make any company be able to replicate it’s office environment online.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your business finances?

Remus Lechintan: Luckily, we were not impacted hard as we have become an essential part of our partners’ operations.

Did you have to make difficult choices regarding human resources, and what are the lessons learned?

Remus Lechintan: No, and hopefully, we won’t have to any time soon.

How did your customer relationship management evolve? Do you use any specific tools to be efficient?

Remus Lechintan: We have used many tools over the years, and they have obviously evolved, from using online forms, to basic CRM’s to the state-of-the-art ones and integration tools.

I believe this is a never-ending process as every company must constantly find ways to improve and evolve.

Did you benefit from any government grants, and did that help keep your business afloat?

Remus Lechintan: No.

Your final thoughts?

Remus Lechintan: Thank you for your insightful questions. I hope we’ll be able to have another interview soon to discuss the success of our latest product, VMT Meetings.
