Robin Das Brandintellé Services Pvt Ltd

We talked to Robin Das of Brandintellé Services Pvt Ltd on the platform for marketing, planning, execution and analytics and this is what he had to say.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?

Robin Das: Thanks Edtya. We are all doing well and hope you are doing well as well during such unprecedented times.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Brandintellé Services Pvt Ltd.

Robin Das: I am the Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, Brandintellé Services Pvt Ltd, a hyper automated platform to decrease marketing inefficiencies. I primarily lead a full-stack tech team and the customer success team for both the key offerings, Brandintellé, and dataintellé.

A technology enthusiast with a keen eye towards UI & UX and is well-versed in the marketing ecosystem’s best practices and processes. I have also led large scale software implementations across various verticals such as Auto, FMCG, and more. With my understanding and ability to mine data, I am adroit in connecting the data from multiple sources and design insightful & real-time dashboards. My work towards designing requirements has made it easier for organizations to comprehend the platform and utilize marketing data to their benefit.

Before Brandintellé, I worked with Accenture as a Software Engineer. As part of the data team, I have gained experience in various data techniques & SAP functions for a major Food & Beverage client.

I have a Mechanical Engineering degree from Vellore Institute of Technology, represented the university at the SAE Baja Wisconsin, an international event for self-made ATV racing. I’ve done a thesis with UPAEP, Mexico in association with Volkswagen, and a part of the VIT Alumni Association and the Accenture Alumni Network.

A thorough fitness enthusiast, I love cross-fit training and playing football.

How does Brandintellé Services Pvt Ltd innovate?

Robin Das: As our offering, we digitally transform marketing departments by digitizing their marketing cycle. As an organization, we are continually striving to build the best solution and extend beyond our limits in technology, management, or even industry verticals. It’s essential to be open to new things to innovate.

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Robin Das: Overall, our clients have suffered since the marketing industry has shrunk due to lack of activity. But recently, we’re getting responses for new sales, and meetings are happening. In terms of our internal productivity, we’ve managed our work output & deliveries well.

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Robin Das: We were already prepared for WFH, so we did not face significant challenges.

How do you deal with stress and anxiety?

Robin Das: It’s imperative to understand what it means to deal with stress and anxiety. Firstly, our health is vital, and regular exercise keeps the mind clear and disconnected from everyday stress. Secondly, it is essential to realize that the work we are doing is not a short sprint but a very long marathon. Hence one should always go easy and take it one step at a time. We realize that it helps “deal” with anxiety and stress.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Robin Das: Any technology platform in the marketing efficiency & strategy space is our competitor. It is imperative to stay updated about what is happening around and the latest trends to stay ahead. Secondly, and more importantly, we should be ready to let go of our original idea or plan to accept new changes and feedback. Pivoting is very important as constant change is the only way we can stay in the game.
