Sadique Mannan: I am a computer science graduate, and I founded my startup when I was jobless. After facing lots of rejection while giving the interview, finally, I came to an endpoint, and I was frustrated. One day, I was sitting alone in my house thinking about what to do in the future. Finally, I decided to create an educational how-to and top 10 blog to solve people’s problems. And it has been 3 years of my entrepreneurship journey, and it is still going strong.
How does BeingOptimist innovate?
Sadique Mannan: We basically provide how to solutions on social media and technology, and many other things to help people to find the correct solution to their queries

Sadique Mannan: Pandemic has not affected my startup because, after the pandemic, most of our employees are working from home.
Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?
Sadique Mannan: As technologies are changing fast so to remain updated, we conduct thorough and intensive research before publishing any article, which takes lots of time. Sometimes it becomes hard for us to remain updated on the latest trend. Still, as you know that all problems have a solution, so we have created our core research team who gives their valuable time to conduct research and remain updated on the technologies.
What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to navigate this crisis?
Sadique Mannan: We use Zoom, Google Meet
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
Sadique Mannan: wikiHow and shoutmeloud are our competitors. We conduct thorough research on our competitors to remain ahead.
Your final thoughts?
Sadique Mannan: Every problem has a solution. So never get demotivated when you are rejected. Always try to scrutinize your problems and convert them to your business ideas. If you are able to do this, then you will definitely achieve success someday.
