First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?
Shivendra Dwivedi: Thanks. We’re doing fine. It was a very difficult time, but with this excuse, I got to spend more time with family, and all is good with the blessings of God.
Tell us about you, your career, and how you founded Maxtra Technologies.
Shivendra Dwivedi: From a very young age, I was bent on innovation and enterprise. Even as a young graduate student of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, I was driven by the sole aim of building a world-class organization to set global industry benchmarks. I fuelled my vision with relentless effort to build Maxtra Technologies, which I founded in 2009 with headquarters in Noida, India. Since then, the firm has witnessed unprecedented growth, serving trans-national clients from over 150+ countries in the world. We continue to personally oversee projects and class services to clients. My vision is to see Maxtra Technologies as a globally respected corporation.

We have been separated from our friends, our colleagues, and our workplaces and have to stay at our own apartments across the world. When many industries came to a stop, we decided to work remotely and fulfill the commitment which we gave to our clients. We also not forgot our employees, and their health has been our top priority. We did continuous communication with our clients to help them in this difficult situation. Maxtra is a remote software solution provider for 10+ years, so we know the art of working from home.
Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?
Shivendra Dwivedi: As you know, we are working as a remote software solution provider for 10+ years, so we worked smoothly in this pandemic. Sometimes we are facing internet connectivity issues, but our team manages the work as per schedule. We are happy to say that recently we got listed as “Top Codeigniter Development Companies of March 2021” by #TopDevelopers. Right now, we are focusing on blockchain and Artificial Intelligence, and revenue as well.
What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to navigate this crisis?
