First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?
Kishanu Karmakar: My family and I are good in the time of this epidemic and are taking full care of our health. In the time of this pandemic, I would like to say the same thing, do not be careless and take care of your health so that all of you are safe. This Covid-19 has affected all the business, but lots of new opportunities have also come out, which has completely changed the way we work. There is no doubt that this epidemic has changed the way of digital marketing. For a while, everyone has been distraught. But this is a golden opportunity, where your experience and talent can help you win in this battle.
Tell us about you, your career, how you founded SNK Creation.
Kishanu Karmakar: I am the CEO of SNK Creation, which started in 2014 as a startup. My agency’s job was to provide Digital Marketing Services in Jaipur City. I have had a passion and madness towards technology since childhood, even while doing BBA, I could not forget my passion. I used to stay awake throughout the night, doing programming, designing and doing some SMM research, which probably became the reason for me to become the CEO.
Gradually life gave me some such great opportunities, due to which many people know me today by the name of Google Man, And Microsoft gave me that opportunity. Today, my agency is known as the Best Digital Marketing Company in India And today there is a lot of years of hard work and research behind SNK Creation’s Establishment. Today, we are offering professional services like SEO, social media marketing and digital advertising in the world, Which includes many brands, celebrities, influencers, small businesses and bloggers.
How does SNK Creation innovate?
Kishanu Karmakar: Our work is based on research, strategy and algorithm, due to which we are providing Transparent and Digital services to thousands of clients today. We constantly consider online and digital change to be beneficial and that is the reason behind our success today. With the constant changes in technology and the ever increasing market of online business, digital marketing has got new opportunities at the time of this pandemic. Today, 70% of businesses have made themselves online, so the first priority of a digital marketer is the right advice and strategy for their business. And in India, the decision of lockdown was for our better tomorrow, in which we and our families can stay healthy. While this Covid-19 broke the back of all business, many businesses got new opportunities at the same time, digital marketing is one of them.
Today our industry will see many new changes in a business model, such as remote work, online conference and freelance work. Today all these have become a part of our life, whether it is school or small business, everyone is adopting the tradition of online. In such a situation, new doors were opened for a digital media company. Today, office rent, employee’s office expenses, event expenses, all of these are being saved. In this 1 year, people have come to know the benefits of online business, now just keep going on it, and today we are making the marketing method even stronger with this effort.
Did you have to make difficult choices regarding human resources, and what are the lessons learned?
Kishanu Karmakar: Some Decisions Are Difficult, But Changes Are Necessary For Some Good Benefits. This epidemic forced us to take such a decision, if you are not changing with time, then you are lagging behind everyone else. The unexpected change comes without knocking, and it is the decision of the right decision maker to adapt it at the right time. During the Crisis, some such hard decisions either keep you in the market or you slowly disappear. It is in your hands to do this, and from this, I have also learned that no matter how big or small the problem is in life, never ignore it. Give it a solution as soon as possible, otherwise, everyone will have trouble.
How did your customer relationship management evolve? Do you use any specific tools to be efficient?
Kishanu Karmakar: Customer relationship is an important part of any business, and if we talk about SNK Creation, we have taken some concrete steps for it since 2014. In the early phase, when the business started, we have been taking care of the customer management, And the ways are changing over time, but the Customer relationship services are the same. One unit of our agency only manages customer support, in which we provide 24 hour chat / email support, that too free of cost. Thousands of inquiries arrive every day from all corners of the world, and lots of companies charge for it, But we provide free of cost technical and management support from the beginning. For this, we use WhatsApp, Signal and personal chat services to connect with customers and share conversations.
What are your steps to grow this position in your company?
Kishanu Karmakar: All companies work hard to achieve their milestone, but in today’s era all the elements are responsible for this position, such as business policy, customer relationship management, quick response, data privacy, transparent conversation, custom plans and effective cost. Keeping these ideas in mind, we have won the award for Best Advertising and Marketing 2 times in a row.

Kishanu Karmakar: It may be that during the pandemic, a lot has been taken away from us, but we still have experience and skills, which no one can take away.
