First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID19 times?

Steven Steiner : We are doing great. Thank you! Thankfully furnace filters never ran out, so we were able to navigate the tough times with 3m products on hand. We also invested in some pretty fancy Brondell air filters that we are incredibly pleased with.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded or joined FreeBitcoins.

Steven Steiner : I come from an untraditional business background, so Bitcoin is a natural fit for me. There is a post on Bitcointalk that Satoshi said he was going to set up a faucet. I figured the best way to do business with Satoshi possibly is to be involved with a business that Satoshi seemed interested in.

How does FreeBitcoins innovate?

Steven Steiner : We strive to be people’s first taste of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general.

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business and how are you coping?

Steven Steiner : Bitcoin is fantastically well suited for something like COVID19. The fact that people can make trustless transfers that are 100% within their control, with no person to person contact is pretty impressive.

Did you have to make difficult choices and what are the lessons learned?

Steven Steiner : Every single day I make mistakes and difficult choices. This website is continuously evolving from my mistakes. That’s how things get better; the trick is not messing it up to bad that you can’t spring back. Hell, giving this interview may be a mistake! 😉

How do you deal with stress and anxiety, how do you project yourself and FreeBitcoins in the future ?

Steven Steiner : Xanax. Only kidding, Xanax usually leads to more problems. I find stress and anxiety comes from having something wrong. I try to locate the problem and fix it or eliminate it. I find that a much better strategy than just dealing with it.

Our companies future is exceptionally bright. We are very small right now and aggressively growing. Once we get some wind under our wings, we absolutely should be off to the races as a top 500 company in the world.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Steven Steiner : Our website and business plan are continually evolving, so it’s hard to say who we are competing with. We aren’t worried about who we are working against. We are concerned about who we can work with.

Your final thoughts

Steven Steiner : I’d like to remind everyone that our company gives our free stickers to anyone that asks and we even pay for the shipping globally.  Just open a support ticket and let us know where to send them!  It’s hard to beat free stickers with free shipping! Thanks for your time.
