Trevor Stewart of Let’s Get Optimized Tells Us How It’s Offering Full Suite of Online Marketing Services

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?
Trevor Stewart: We are located in Canada with offices across Canada. I am fortunate that our Nova Scotia offices have a very low infection rate thus far and can live life with simple social distancing. We are truly blessed.
Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Let’s Get Optimized.
Trevor Stewart: After spending many years as a Google evangelist managing many top contributor programs, it was time to venture off on my own. That is when the birth LGO took place.
How does Let’s Get Optimized innovate?
Trevor Stewart: We thrive by taking performance to a whole new level! By using industry best practices and stellar communications. Under-promise and over-deliver every step of the way.
How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?
Trevor Stewart: Every dark day has its light. Although many businesses struggle to stay alive, we can honestly say that our industry has never been better. Businesses are now more receptive and responsive toward their online business strategies. We are lucky to be in such a great business.
Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?
Trevor Stewart: We did at first have to make many difficult decisions due to many clients initially pausing their service. We had to make sure we were ready for a worst-case scenario. The lesson we learned is that business can change in a split second, and you need to ready.
How do you deal with stress and anxiety?
Trevor Stewart: One can only do what they can do. After optimizing your time and improving organization, there is not much you can do, so why stress overwork. A smart person told me a while ago to just put your head down and work hard; the rest will come.
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
Trevor Stewart: Being in Canada, our competition is thin, so we are doing very well at the moment.
Your final thoughts?
Trevor Stewart: Things will get worse before they get better, yet there will be better days ahead. Something beautiful comes from every ugly situation.
