We talked to Tushar Gupta of Auto Sense Car Care about car hygiene and COVID-19.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?

Tushar Gupta: Safe and Sound

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Auto Sense Car Care.

Your motivation?

Tushar Gupta: I was never satisfied with the detailing services given out by any firm in a 500 km radius around Delhi. So, I had to set up my firm providing these services in a place where it is in extreme demand.

How does Auto Sense Car Care innovate?

Tushar Gupta: We use specialized high-end equipment and technology to cater to our several services. We have a tiny but efficient R&D department which keeps track of the changing technology, with a purpose to be up to date. Hence, we get superior results leaving our customers yearning to come back repeatedly.

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Tushar Gupta: As we are into Cleaning and Detailing, it’s scope has dramatically increased because of the coronavirus pandemic. More and more people are now concerned about their and their car’s hygiene.

There are a few customers skeptical of availing of these services, so we also have an awareness program for them with a goal of converting them into potential customers.

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Tushar Gupta: I think nothing comes easy, and nothing is difficult if you make up your mind for it. So, yes, I have had to make many difficult choices over time, but I use them as stepping stones to reach my goal or objective.

How do you deal with stress and anxiety?

Tushar Gupta: I work more!

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Tushar Gupta: A wise man told me once, “I don’t see anyone as my competition. We don’t have the same dreams, goals, ambition & for sure not the same brains.”
