First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times? 

Venkat: We are all doing fine, thank you. By God’s grace, no one in my family was affected, and we stayed in a safe place. Now we have started a normal life.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded InviteIndia.

Venkat: When I joined as a web developer at one of the startup companies, I had this idea to create a centralized platform that would easily connect wedding guests, suppliers, the bride, and the groom. A few years later, I created a static wedding website for my friend’s wedding, which was well received. And then created a dynamic website with all the features.

How does inviteindia innovate? 

Venkat: InviteIndia is a wedding website company that connects wedding vendors, suppliers, guests, and organizers. We have created some innovative features (Location Map – Nearby Accommodation, A responsive wedding website for all your mobile devices, Use your own background images for your wedding website, Wedding Envelope Cards, Add Your Wedding Music, etc.).

How the coronavirus pandemic affects inviteindia, and how are you coping?

Venkat: In this digital world, everyone shares their special moments on social networks, and they want to be remembered. Based on that, we have created this platform, but due to Covid-19, we have received very few user visits. We used that time to launch some sensitive modules (Payment, Security features) and are now gradually recovering.
