First of all, how are you and your family doing in these COVID-19 times?
Vít Krčmář: We are healthy and fine. Thank you for showing interest in us. What about you?
Tell us about you, your career, how you founded Promoteri.eu.
Vít Krčmář: I started doing promotions while in college, and when I finished one campaign, I realized there is no agency like Promoteri.eu, so I founded it.
How does Promoteri.eu innovate?
Vít Krčmář: We develop our system with the help of the EU. So we can now in CZ find, train, sign contracts, organize events, and generate reports.
How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?
Vít Krčmář: Very much. Promotions are prohibited in CZ, so we have stopped running them.
Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?
Vít Krčmář: Yes, a lot. We had to cut almost all contracts and cut 90% of our outcome.
What specific tools, software and management skills are you using to navigate this crisis?
Vít Krčmář: We develop totally new services what we call ePromoter.
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
Vít Krčmář: They have had hard times too. Some have closed their companies while others are still struggling. Our plans are ePromoters.
