Vladimir Lialine: I’ve found this company to help people become aware of their health status and address their health risks 

How does Twixsoft innovate? 

Vladimir Lialine: We provide Big Data and applied Data Science for managing health risks. 

We’ve created a model to identify and authenticate people’s identities with an ECG signature… 

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Vladimir Lialine: Launching a startup during a pandemic is extremely challenging. Since remote work is the new norm, one thing that’s helping us is the ability to manage a globally distributed team. 

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Vladimir Lialine: Many difficult choices had to be made. People are extremely worried about their health. Strategies had to be developed about the new approach to sales, marketing, and project management. 

What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to navigate this crisis?

Vladimir Lialine: We are using Workspace, Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet. 

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Vladimir Lialine: Optum 360, and 3M. We have partnered with many companies in the space and plan on continuing to add more partners. 

When you have partners, you don’t compete but cooperate.
