ChambaNOW

ChambaNOW is a bilingual (English/Spanish) marketplace that connects hirers with local day laborers and skilled trade workers across the United States. Contractors, landscapers, movers, property managers, cleaning and restoration companies, and homeowners post a job in a couple of minutes, and nearby workers are notified right away.

Job posts are automatically translated between English and Spanish, so hirers and workers can each read and respond in their own language. Hirers can message workers free about the job they posted. Workers always use ChambaNOW free: they post their skills and availability and get notified as soon as a matching job opens up.

ChambaNOW launched in June 2026, is based in Sacramento, California, and already gets more than 80,000 visits a month from thousands of workers and hirers. New hirers get a free month with unlimited job postings, no credit card required.
