Garage+, Asia’s largest non-equity incubator, has selected 24 startups from worldwide to participate in the Startup Global Program 2022 in Taiwan: 10 days of international exhibition, 1-on-1 meetings with high-level corporate executives, and exhibit at InnoVex this year in Taiwan. To enhance the international reputation of Taiwan’s entrepreneurship and innovation, the National Development Council and Garage+ together launched the Startup Global Program and invited international startups to Taiwan. The selected startups will be able to connect with Taiwan’s solid industrial resources and will also be exposed to other Asian markets in hope of bringing more vitality to the global supply chain.
For the 2022 program, 308 startups from 37 countries had applied for the opportunity.
The selected startups are from Canada, the US, Israel, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, and Taiwan. They specialize in AI & Data Analytics, IoT & Smart devices, Digital Health, 5G Technology, Robotics, Smart Energy, and Smart Transportation.
The pivotal benefit of the 10-day Startup Global Program in Taiwan is that it provides overseas and local startups with more than 150 1-on-1 meetings with high-level decision-makers from the leading companies to effectively discover business partners, investors, and markets. Taiwan has
long been recognized as a key player in the global supply chain, with solid global business capabilities. The startups get access to Taiwan’s complete and compact technology ecosystem.
