Only if for a soldier this signal is the cry of the daily “Wake up!”, then students, as a rule, wake up when the alarm clock rings. An annoying, terrible sound that makes you want to gather all your strength into a fist and … throw it away.
So, in the morning you woke up again from a loud alarm or a mobile phone ringtone. You understand that you need to go to lectures, but you can’t bring yourself to get out of bed. You set the alarm for another 10 – 20 minutes ahead, but they fly by unnoticed. And now you hear the same signal again, which makes your ears ring and your headache. As a student, I tried to get enough sleep, so then I could write my papers easily.
Do not get disappointed ahead of time. The problem can be solved in one of two ways – either you turn off your alarm clock and sleep on, after which you get absenteeism and further close attention from the teachers, or get out of bed, go to shower, have breakfast, brush your teeth, get dressed and go to your favorite university, and come before everyone else. You are cheerful, full of enthusiasm and energy, while your classmates are still trying to “open their eyes” and understand where they are and why they came here.

Waking up in the morning in a great mood is not as difficult as it may seem at first glance, even if now early rises are given to you at the cost of incredible efforts.
The first thing to do is to put a pleasant melody on the alarm clock of your mobile phone. Let it be something kind, cheerful and joyful. You will notice how much the mood for the upcoming day will change, the mood will improve and there will be a desire to do something very important and useful today.
Forget about the phrase “10 more minutes”
Moving the alarm clock forward a few minutes to sleep a little more is a useless activity. During these 10 to 20 minutes, you will not only not get enough sleep, but you will wake up even more tired and broken, which will negatively affect the effectiveness of your studies. Make it a rule to get up at the first alarm. This will give you even more time to prepare for the upcoming day.
If you want to get out of bed on time, don’t put your alarm clock next to you. The alarm clock should be at a sufficient distance from you, otherwise, you will just reach out and turn it off. Agree, nothing motivates you to get out of bed like a loud alarm clock because you won’t be able to sleep anyway.
Go to bed early
To get up early in the morning and feel cheerful and energetic, you should go to bed early. Remember how many times you have told yourself late at night that 3-4 hours is enough for you to get enough sleep. You were sitting late at the computer and didn’t even notice how the morning was coming.
Leave excuses about the fact that you still have a lot of unresolved errands and tasks. Just analyze what you are spending your time on and remove things from the schedule that do not bring any benefit and do not bring you closer to the goal. You will be surprised how quickly you will be able to cope with priority tasks, allowing yourself to completely relax at 21-22 hours and immerse yourself in a sweet carefree sleep.
Review your diet
“What does nutrition have to do with how quickly I wake up?” – you ask. We answer the most direct. All systems of the human body are interconnected. Unhealthy foods containing large amounts of salt, artificial additives, sugar, and carbohydrates harm the state of the endocrine system, which is responsible for the production of hormones. If you eat a big meal before going to bed, you will not be able to get out of bed in the morning on time and in a good mood. A similar story is with alcohol drunk at night, which practically guarantees you a morning hangover and headache.
If you have a desire to have a snack before going to bed, limit yourself to a glass of clean water or eat an apple. And remember that your dinner should also be light.
No sudden rises
This does not mean that you should not get up. It’s just that when you just open your eyes, you are still in a sleepy state. Your mind is not awake and does not know what to do. Most likely, you will just stand in a stupor, or randomly gather to study, dropping everything out of your hands.
Set the alarm 10 – 15 minutes earlier. Immediately after his call, pull off the blanket, open your eyes and stretch sweetly, getting sincere pleasure from each action. Think about what a wonderful day it is today and how many positive things it will bring you. Lower your feet to the floor and sit on the bed, then gradually get up.

- Treat yourself to a cup of fragrant coffee. Nothing awakens your mind and body as effectively as drinking coffee in the morning. Just remember: even if coffee is your favorite drink, you should drink one cup maximum, otherwise, it will be difficult for you to fall asleep at night.
- Eat a nutritious breakfast. Cereal with milk for breakfast is a great option that can charge the body with energy for the whole day. Fruits and vegetables? Also, good. It is better to give up fatty and high-calorie foods.
- Open wide all the windows. Let fresh air into the room and feel how with each sip of it you wake up and become more cheerful. Now you are ready for fruitful study and achieving your small and big goals.
- Wash your face with cold water and take a cool shower. A morning shower perfectly tones and invigorates, allowing a person to wake up faster. When should I take a shower? Right after you get out of bed or after breakfast.
- And most importantly, love what you do. Let it bring real pleasure, otherwise, why would you even get out of bed in the morning?
