The last few years have been generous with innovations: Blockchain, unmanned cars, quantum computing, artificial intelligence – we hear about all of this all the time today. It would seem that what else can we add to this list, and what other positions can we add to the famous logos of all times? Let’s take a look at the top technology trends for the coming year, 2023.

 Metaverse

A Metaverse is a digital imitation of a three-dimensional world by means of virtual and augmented reality. A year ago almost nobody was talking about meta-universes. But in 2022 it became the second word in the list of candidates for the “word of the year” according to the Oxford dictionary.

The meta-universe applies not only to games, art, and design but also to functional processes that satisfy business and customer needs. This is how companies create customer experiences that offer more effective and engaging interactions with brands.

VR and AR technologies were actively used already in 2021. These technologies have become part of everyday life and its various spheres, from entertainment to business. Employees in many companies have moved to remote work, and AR and VR have helped them communicate and work together. Augmented reality technology opens up incredible opportunities for transformation in all areas.

Artificial Intelligence

According to numerous forecasts and studies, the most promising area for investment in the coming year will be Artificial Intelligence. Analysts identify two types of AI that developers and organizations will pay attention to adaptive and generative AI.

Generative AI learns from large amounts of data using neural networks and then creates its original content based on what it has learned. Adaptive AI, as the name implies, is capable of adapting itself to changing conditions and tasks.

Autonomous vehicles

Unmanned trucks attracted attention back in 2020. But interest in this industry has not subsided even today, and the flow of investments has not stopped. However, the sphere of investment here has expanded: in addition to unmanned transport, the area of autonomous logistics and delivery is gaining in popularity. With the growing popularity of e-commerce in the last few years, the sphere of delivery is becoming more and more in demand and promising, so the best forces are being thrown at its modernization and updating today.

All world experts agree that the use of unmanned technologies will not be limited to roads – they will expand the possibilities for millions with limited mobility. And it is possible that already in 2023, the list of world car logos will be updated with new names.

 The Growth of E-commerce

The development of e-commerce is a trend that has been observed all over the world for not the first year. If a person needs to buy something and can do so on the Internet, he will gladly use this opportunity. And it’s not just about products, but also about services. Nevertheless, about 95% of products are still bought offline, so there is room for growth. So e-com will develop, and advertising tools will pick up on this. And innovations will touch on promotion tools and technologies.

Telemedicine

The healthcare sector is still trying to reduce the risk of coronavirus infection for its workers and patients. In the past few years, many private and public clinics have begun to offer telemedicine services. The doctor and patient communicate via video chat, artificial intelligence performs diagnostics from photographs, and medications are delivered contactless.

In addition to telemedicine, 2023 will combine innovations in biotechnology and artificial intelligence.
