FlowBuilder is a yoga app for teachers who plan classes and for people who practice at home. You build a class pose by pose from 370 poses with English and Sanskrit names, or start from a ready made flow. Then you press play. A voice calls out each pose, side and breath, with a soft chime between poses, so you can follow along without staring at a screen.
Why I built it
I wanted a guided practice that fits my own time and level, and I kept seeing teachers plan sequences by hand on paper. FlowBuilder does both. Teachers can rehearse a class before they teach it, and Text to Flow turns a written class plan into a playable flow. There are also options for people who can’t get down to the floor, like No floor work and No inversions on the web, and the app works with VoiceOver and TalkBack.
Where it runs
iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, Apple Vision Pro, Android and the web, in 17 languages. It is free to use, with optional paid plans for cloud sync, analytics and more AI tools.
Who makes it
I’m Daniel, a solo developer in Minneapolis and a Georgia Tech master’s student. I build FlowBuilder under AJA Digital LLC, with a lot of help from AI coding tools.
