• The Gap: Founder Jaizal Ali noticed that as companies rapidly adopted cloud technology, they largely neglected cybersecurity.
• The Launch: After earning a Master’s degree in cyber forensics and working in network engineering, he launched Red Team Cyber Security Labs and its training division, RedTeam Hacker Academy, to combat real-world digital threats and address a major talent shortage in the industry.
• Growth: Starting operations in Kerala, India (with headquarters and regional footprints spanning India and Dubai), the academy grew to train over 25,000 students and professionals.
