Tell us a few words about the founders and how the idea came
Thomas Herquin, 38 years old, founder of Urban Sevices, startup which sales ICI-Toilettes.
After a first experience in Montreal in the start-up eco-system, I came back to France with high motivation to build a new business.
In November 2018 I won with my team the hackathon of Nantes by treating the problem: a how to find an easy solution to pressing need we all faced when walking around the city

Your products and services
ICI is a mobil app. You have an access thanks to geolocation to the toilets of our partners. Bar, Brasserie and coffee shop welcome our users free of charges. These partners are paid by town hall (public administration) for the service provided.
Your success factors
Easy access of app (no account to creat / Progressiv Web App)
Business model : the annual cost of public toilet is 25 K€ per year (for one toilet). We propose a solution 5 times less expensiv for public administration and it’s also a a way for businesses to get new customers
Your factors differentiating and disruptive compared to the existing
Compared to our competitor (Nette Toilet in Germany) we have fewer partners but we propose a higher fee.
Your business model
For an annual cost of 4 800 € (for one partner) for public adminstration : 50% for the partner / 50% for Urban Sevices
